Frequently asked questions

What is a credit?: Every message to the designer costs 10 credits, whether you create a new part or change an existing one. This covers our automatic attempts to get the geometry right. If we do not succeed after 3 attempts, you get the credits back, up to 3 times per day.
What expires?: Free credits reset every midnight. Plan credits renew each period and do not carry over. Purchased credits never expire.
How do the rights differ?: On Free you may use the models privately. On Pro and Studio you may use and sell what you create.
How do I download?: The STL and STEP buttons sit under the preview. STL is included in Pro, STEP in Studio.
